Our Mission

To safeguard the sacraments & heritage of local parish communities by supporting education, research, and canonical advocacy that strengthens parish life, protects sacred spaces, and ensures the faithful can fully exercise their rights within the Church.

Overview of Activities

The organization is a charitable nonprofit dedicated to preserving the Catholic sacraments, parish life, protecting sacred spaces, and supporting both clergy and parish communities during times of transition, restructuring, or hardship. Our activities focus on education, advocacy, charitable assistance, and access to canonical resources that help the faithful understand and exercise their rights within the Church.

All programs are designed to benefit a broad charitable class, including parishioners, parish communities, and clergy experiencing financial or structural hardship. No services are provided for the private benefit of any specific individual.

Canonical Education & Advocacy Program

We provide educational resources that help parishioners and clergy understand their canonical rights and responsibilities.

Parish Preservation & Sustainability Program

This program supports parish communities to sustain their parishes historically & financially. 

Clergy & Parish Hardship Assistance Program

The organization provides needs‑based charitable assistance to clergy experiencing financial hardship, displacement, or sudden loss of income that affects their ability to meet basic living needs.

What can you do?

Donate

The organization is funded through donations from individuals, foundations, and community supporters. No funds are solicited or accepted from canon lawyers or clergy who may benefit from the programs.
